Poor Experience with rapid finance !!!!!!

Hi, I took a loan with rapid finance, assuming they were a professional finance company, however 1 day before my due date they had started calling me and demanding repayment. i politely advised them that i hadnt gotten paid and can only pay next week and its fine i would pay the late fees. a day later they messaged me on whatsapp demanding i do an immediate payment. as i explained my issue they insisted and now i feel like im gettin harassed.countless calls everyday theyve been whatsapp'ing me ive already communicated but they dont seem to understand. this company lacks knowledge and understanding. poor customer service and their agents are up to **** and dont know how to speak to people. ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! how did this people even get employed here they dont know how to spell, they cant communicate ! all they know is to harass and threaten clients!
