Vuma Reach
Based on recent customer reviews, Vuma Reach is facing significant dissatisfaction across its fibre customer base. Customers consistently mention frustrations with billing disputes, delayed or unprocessed refunds, and prolonged downtime that disrupts work-from-home arrangements. A recurring theme is poor communication during outages and maintenance, with clients feeling shuffled between Vuma Reach and partner ISPs without clear accountability. While there are isolated mentions of swift fault resolution and efficient technicians, the dominant sentiment reflects unreliable connectivity, unresponsive call centre support, and a perception that payments are collected promptly while service issues linger unresolved.

Dealing Vuma Reach is one of the worst experiences in my existence. For nearly 20 days my internet has been having issues. Vuma sent their techs to my house twice. The first time they replaced the router. Second time they ran all the tests they could run and claimed that the issue was with Afrihost. I ran tests with the rep and I pointed out that the pings are jumping from single digits to double and triple digits. I made him take a video of it as that seems to be the root cause of my troubles. My main issue is my upload speeds which makes my internet barely usable. Afrihost are adamant that the problem lies with Vuma. Afrihost sent a request to Vuma last week to have a public IP assigned to me. That has not happened yet. Vuma are pointing fingers at Afrihost. Afrihost are pointing fingers at Vuma. And I'm left *****ed until those two can stop their finger-pointing and actually work together to fix my issue. Please do not sign up with either of these two if there are other options available in your area.

Absolutely pathetic. I don't have any services from them bevause they failed to provide excellent customer service. They do not want to refund my money yet I owe them nothing. Horrible service, I wish Webafrica did not subcontract them. **********!

Vuma reach has finally deactivated the account, however, I don't have any feedback regarding my refund and vodacom says the line was in use obviously because the status has been on active. Can you retrieve all the calls and listen to what the agents proposed as a solution and refund me accordingly.

Happy with the service I got from Vuma. I logged my a fault at 6pm, in the morning a consultant called me to get further details, by 4:30pm the technicians were at the house fixing the issue, the fault was resolved within 24hours! Thank you for the efficiency 🙌🏾

My fiber account still active and I don't have a line but have been debited for the past 3 months. Vodacom is sending me from pillar to post and I can't cancel the payment order on the App.

I registered with Home-Connect to get fibre internet through Vumatel. When the installation date arrived, I was informed that they do not install in my area. Additionally, I was told that I needed to make a payment before the installation, which I promptly did, paying R500. However, after they canceled my order, I was promised a refund, but I am told I have to wait two months for my refund. It seems they expect immediate payment but take an unreasonable amount of time to process refunds. If someone is considering getting fibre internet, I would advise them to reconsider choosing Home-Connect.

So far so good, however when the network is down , the transparency is not there between client and service providers, this needs to be addressed, I am still waiting for progress on the current network outage since 11:19am to now 20:50pm, no update!!! Service level is really poor, it's actually costing me money to purchase data , way more then what I may or may not be compensated!!!
