Hi My name is Thato Nathaniel Maduna with id number 8607135936080 and cellphone number 0725497866, i have installed fibre at my home a while ago supp**** by Vuma Reach but i used ISP like Hypafibre and then moved from Hypa to Mweb and all this time my fibre gave me no issues until last month i moved from Mweb to Vodacom, i went to Vodacom online fibre package deals and chose my package and then purchased my once off fibre of 10/10mb/s and my fibre was active again. Now here is the problem, since i took this deal my fibre has been having intermittent connections every single day and i am struggling to use a simple app like WhatsApp, then i called Vodacom and Vodacom says my fibre package is under Vuma Reach so i need to contact them and when i contact Vuma, i was told that i need to speak to my ISP which is Vodacom but Vodacom said i dont exist on their fibre data base, now my fibre has expired and when i try to go to the selfservice portal of Vodacom i am unable to purchase prepaid fibre Voucher or Monthly fibre Voucher as well because it gives me an error stating the address you have chosen is still awaiting installation, so how can that be because my fibre was installed long time ago, i only changed ISP's? Now here i am sitting without fibre and i cannot do my work from home as well, this is so frustrating because now i dont know where to begin to fix this problem.

I am extremely disappointed with Afrihost and Vumatel regarding a refund of R537.00 that I requested back in October 2025. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no updates or resolution from either company. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. A refund should be straightforward, yet months later, there has been no communication or action. I urge both Afrihost and Vumatel to process this refund immediately and provide confirmation of the transaction. Continued delays are inconvenient and reflect poorly on their reliability as service providers.

I have been unable to pay for my fibre and have had no internet access for two days, no one in their call centre has been able to assist me, thus is frustrating as I work from home and my work is being compromised.

Month end September I paid Vuma reach Vodacom R440 under the impression that I am paying SADV. When I realised this due to the horrible service I was getting I requested a refund, I was told it's 30 day process and forwarded all documents Luzuko Lusi requested, 40 days later I sent him an email and he never rep****. I called again to be assisted by Thumeka Qwetha whom requested I send her my documents, then she disappeared 3rd consultant and 4th same story I even spoke to the superviser/ manager who promised to call to check if I got assistance.It's now going to be 3 months in December I'm still being asked to send the same documents I sent in October. My advice stay away from Vodacom Vuma reach, I've been using my data and airtime to contact them only to be treated like I'm bothering them. Truely disappointed, I just want my money back. Even if I could consider changing Vodacom fibre is off my list
