Vuma reach has finally deactivated the account, however, I don't have any feedback regarding my refund and vodacom says the line was in use obviously because the status has been on active. Can you retrieve all the calls and listen to what the agents proposed as a solution and refund me accordingly.
Not now vodacom fiber saying they won't refund me because the line has usage, obviously they activated someone else's router and I informed them same day and I was sent from pillar to post to date. Vodacom please retrieve all the calls since they are recorded and tell me why you couldn't deactivate the line same time.
Vodacom fiber consultants are sending me from pillar to post. It seems there is no process for refunds and vuma reach cancellation. I spoke to more than 5 consultants from February to date with no assistance.
