So far so good, however when the network is down , the transparency is not there between client and service providers, this needs to be addressed, I am still waiting for progress on the current network outage since 11:19am to now 20:50pm, no update!!! Service level is really poor, it's actually costing me money to purchase data , way more then what I may or may not be compensated!!!
I received my order on time, infact early which I was really happy about. Then I opened the order to start eating and found 2peices burnt and turned upside down, as if hidden, on further eating we found that 3 more pieces of chicken did not smell right and on further tasting it is was infact spoiled. I then contacted your Phoenix branch and spoke with thokozile(she stated that she will consult with the branch manager and said he Stated that they will replace what was not eaten, I explained I don't want to order again as I was not happy with the meal and requested that I received a refund of 50%of my order. They said they will get back to me, I had no one call me , so I called again on the 18 th , on speaking to another lady I was assured that the area manager will contact me, to date no one had called me, I am now going to post my complaint on hello Peter . It would not be the first time that KFC has disappointed me
Dear all, it is really shocking the way customers are treated by vumarel and webafrica, the service levels are pathetic, firstly they debit your account, then their service when down from 9:30am on the 1st February, everytime I WhatsApped them the consultants say it not an outage there is a problem with my line and my neighbors, them I get a message from webafrica s website saying it is an outage, from yesterday I was promised to be contacted, still no internet and no one called me, when even requested a manager the consultants say no manager is available on the weekend, so webafrica and vumatel , what the hell is going on ? You took my money but you not providing me a service....
Been with Capitec for years and you treaded like you just joined them .........poor customer service don't return your call - Take money from your account without informing you - will not advise anyone to bank with Capitec
