Happy with the service I got from Vuma. I logged my a fault at 6pm, in the morning a consultant called me to get further details, by 4:30pm the technicians were at the house fixing the issue, the fault was resolved within 24hours! Thank you for the efficiency 🙌🏾
They placed my router to the tower that is still under construction for more than 3 times in a month. You'd call and email and when its convenient for them they will get back to you only to place you on a working tower temporary. Worst service,now I had to buy data whilst I'm paying for RAIN!!! This is my very last month with this terrible ISP and they wont even credit you for all the days I've been offline.
I regret getting rain, there has never been a full hour with connection, today (Sunday) it has been down all day. I told my friends and family not to even think of signing up with them and they are connected to Telkom which works wonders! Can't wait to cancel this pathetic non internet service provider! Horrible
