I registered with Home-Connect to get fibre internet through Vumatel. When the installation date arrived, I was informed that they do not install in my area. Additionally, I was told that I needed to make a payment before the installation, which I promptly did, paying R500. However, after they canceled my order, I was promised a refund, but I am told I have to wait two months for my refund. It seems they expect immediate payment but take an unreasonable amount of time to process refunds. If someone is considering getting fibre internet, I would advise them to reconsider choosing Home-Connect.

I don't understand how Vodacom contracts work; it's nonsense. I would advise against taking a contract with them, as they continue to debit your account even after you're done paying. I requested a premature cancellation quote on October 2, 2025, and the amount was R1,709.47. I received the quote and paid the amount on October 3, 2025. I was then informed that I was still liable for a payment for the month of October, which was R317.99. To my surprise, on November 26, I noticed a debit order of R19.59 taken from my account. When I called to inquire and asked to speak with a manager, I was told that the manager/team leader was unavailable at 3:39 PM. I was informed that the amount debited was an outstanding charge, but I'm confused about what outstanding payment there could be since I have paid everything, and even more. Please address this issue and stop debiting my account, as our contract is completed. It feels like you are *****ing money from my account.
I saw a 500gb internal hard drive online and I made a call to find out if they have it in stock and the salesperson said that they do have it in stock and I drove to them and upon arriving I stood in the que for 15 minutes only to be told that I need to go to the other side for sales but when I got there , there was no one to assist on that other side , then the lady that sent me to the other side came to assist me and said she is going to ask the salesperson about the item then she came back and said she is waiting for them to invoice me and I waited another 30 minutes for that only for her to call me and tell me there was an error with regards to the system but they actually don't have the item only after 1hr30minutes they tell me I waited for nothing.
I can't believe that am being taken from piler to post with regards to my refund of only R149 and now it makes me wonder that if my car is ****** and they can't recover it will they even pay the amount they advertise that they will give you coz they can't seem to get anything right and they do as they please with my account, the manager Francinah could not help and Tebogo from the CEO's office and he didn't help.
Ever since I took a contract with Cartrack, It has always been a fight with them, I made an arrangement with them for a debit order on the 29th and they did debit the money but then again in a space of 2days they debit me again when they had already received their funds and when I ask for my refund I am told that I need to wait for 14 working days were as they didn't wait for 14days to debit me again, All I am asking for is good service from them and now it makes me wonder if they will even assist me when i am in trouble with my car.
REMAX Soweto is the worst when it comes to renting, they are taking me from pillar to post when they have to pay me my refund of the deposit even after 30 days, Lebo from REMAX in Soweto and the owner (Sebenzile) of the place are taking me from pillar to post when they have to pay me the money.
Never trust cartrack with your car as they can block your access to the app even when you have made an arrangement with you to pay the money you have agreed to pay. Right now, I can't even tell were my car is because they have blocked me from the access to view the car.
I had a device installed in my car and the car was written off and I called cartrack and they advise me of a de-Installation and installation fee of R870 and I told them I don't have the funds but can make an arrangement of 2 months to pay it and now in the process of that arrangement I am blocked to view the movements of my car due to non-payment which is crazy coz we have an arrangement in place but now it seems like that arrangement is worthless, The lady by the name of Wasilla or Wafilla is even rude and doesn't even want to help, a true definition of a **** this company!!!!Run Away if they call you !!!
