I regret booking at this place, the owner or the person I was dealing with was very arrogant and disrespectful

I regret booking at this place, the owner or the person I was dealing with was very arrogant and disrespectful. They treat guests like school kids, controlling movements and also who can come to visit. We where charged R1500 breakage fee which was refunded 15 days later, Honestly speaking it's really not a nice place to book, difficult person to deal with, even the security guys know him. I will never bother booking here again.
