Great service and experience

Ordered online, wanted to pick up the items myself, but they said they didn't have one of the items available and said they will deliver for free because of that. The next day they phoned again saying unfortunately the wrong item arrived again, but offered me the item from another manufacturer for the same price. Friendly service, thanks!!
