I have logged a complaint of my certificate with you that had incorrect names, which you asked me to submit the original certificate and I still has not received any feedback since from 2019, this was the first time I logged this complaint and this year in March visited the campus again o rectify this mistake and am still been given a run around of which I am really feed up of this appalling service and I want to escalate this issue with the Head of the college and if am not contacted by the end of today an visiting the college in person Monday. Why should I be inconvenienced at your own error? I'll be taking this up with higher education if needs be. I AM REALLY ****ED OFF
