I have logged a complaint of my certificate with you that had incorrect names, which you asked me to submit the original certificate and I still has not received any feedback since from 2019, this was the first time I logged this complaint and this year in March visited the campus again o rectify this mistake and am still been given a run around of which I am really feed up of this appalling service and I want to escalate this issue with the Head of the college and if am not contacted by the end of today an visiting the college in person Monday. Why should I be inconvenienced at your own error? I'll be taking this up with higher education if needs be. I AM REALLY ****ED OFF
All I want to know is how do I log a case of victimization and assault against an employee of Prasa.... Neo Sethathi assaulted me last night to a point that I almost lost my eyesight.
I have placed an order and paid on the 27th September and have verified everything within 3 days and I have not received any communication regarding delivery of my order. I have tried contacting via WhatsApp and email however nobody cares to reply to my emails. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS ****!!!!!!!!!
The service is appalling, I paid the account before the due time and date however my phone is locked and they still had the audacity to send me an email thanking me for making my payment. The customer service is pathetic - you sit on hold until you exhaust your airtime and send an email nobody ever responds.
Today I went to Pep store in Delft mall..so I was there to use Paxi services...first of all when i was paying for the plastic bag i had to punch my pin trice cause i was told it declined after finished paying was told they weren't able to assist me without my ID went home to fetch it... When i got back I was told to queue up again as the consultant who assisted me was on lunch...so was told by the so called manager who has a sticking attitude... Who walked away while i was talking to him...then i called pep customer service to log a complaint and line was dropped, i called again to log the complaint again...while i was fuming that so called manager Thembelihle came to my face to put on my mask...being so ****y stating that i was not going to do what you wanted me to do....arrogant manager... Am disgusted by the way he shouted at me infront of the other customers... I am appalled by the service i got today ???sies what a pathetic customer service
Me and my friend went to plaza fish and chips to eat...we got there we order once we sat we started to eat however i could taste that the chips were not fresh at all...so i went up to the so called boss...i told him what was wrong....u knw what was his response ?what do you want me to do? He grabbed the parcel out of my hands and he was fuming...he asked her employee to give another one however on the second parcel the fish was offish ...we stand up out of anger and we went left that food on the table...i took pictures of that kak fish and chips they served...
