Family bathroom - Baby changing station

Disguisted. As a mom I urgeny had to use the changing station for my baby to change his diaper. Door to the family bathroom was locked. Asked the cleaning lady (sitting very comfortable outside might I add) to assist with opening the bathroom as nobody was inside and it was evident that it was locked. She clearly did not want to assist, kept on sitting and said I dont know. No effort to assist, no effort to even try.
