Whilst on a trip aboard the Jade from Vancouver to Alaska I needed to consult a doctor on board. To date I have not received a receipt for the payment of that service which I now need for a medical claim. Despite repeated requests the company simply does not acknowledge receipt or respond.,

We bought the all inclusive drinks package for our cruise in NCL EPIC during the rugby world cup. Only when we were on board we were informed that there will be taxes on all beverages which costs the same as a drink in SA. They did not advise this from the start. Guest services have been full all the time with guests complaining about the same issue. I have not heard a single guest who was aware in advance that we will have to pay taxes. We have been on cruises before and never did we have to pay taxes. This was very disappointing and it stole so much joy from our trip! I will NEVER again go on NCL. Costa is much better i.t.o drinks package, shows, food etc if i may make a suggestion.

Their agent communication skills, must be 24/7. They are useless in giving us some answers. All I get is. "Sorry, I didn't understand that." My home language isn't English as well but at least I try.

I have not been paid my casino winnings, I was given a Check for Casino winnings, I did not want a check, I was told the ship, The Jade, did not have enough cash on board . I am now stuck with a piece of paper and no payment. I can not cash the Check. be very wary , Make sure they have cash to pay out if you win. before you gamble, I am waiting for a transfer of the payment.

Went on a cruise, played in the norweigian Jade cruise ship casino and won, then the staff would not give me cash. the casino manager and Cage manager insisted that I could not get cash because they were running low on actual cash, and I had to take a cheque, in 2022 no more banks take cheques and I am now stuck with a email address that takes 30 working day turn around. Do not play in the casino!!! they can not pay you, they have no cash.

Booked a 12 day cruise on NCL Jade, from Cape Town on 21 December, 2021. One of the main reasons why we booked, was to see family on Christmas day in Richards Bay - we would dock for 2 day’s. Received email from Norwegian Cruise Line on 15 November, saying that we will no longer go to (or dock) in Richards Bay, as they wil now only go as far as Durban port. Very difficult to explain the problem to NCL agents, as they all have the generic answer …. You can cancel , with a $749 penalty. Cannot understand why I have to be penalised for a problem caused by NCL. This is like getting on a cruise to the wrong destination LOL. What a bummer.

<p>one month before my FIRST cruise ever!My father was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer. I was absolutley devastated to hear the news and to know he would begin chemo immediately at 4 hours a day 3 days a week. </p> <p> </p> <p>The first that that came to my mind was my cruise and how I couldn't attend an 8 day cruise during such a critical time now to mention who would get my Dad to his treatments in my absence? I thought no Norwegain will reschedule for a few months later when things get better. I was wrong. Not only did Norwegian refuse to reschedule even for a more expensive cruise which I offered to pay the difference of, they told they were going to 75% of my money. </p> <p> </p> <p>I explained this was my first cruise and I was so eager and excited and I didn't even want to cancel. They were so cold. They even told me "you better cancel now too, if you wait two more days we'all keep 100% of your money. I was devastated here I was getting the worst news of my life, the vacation I saved up for and looked forward to cancelled. Then to top it off I'm out an entire paychecks worth of money. </p> <p> </p> <p>As a last resort and after speaking to 3 reps at Norwegian I wrote an email to their guest relations team. I was supposed to receive a response within 3 days. It has been 7 and not a single communication was sent, not an apology for the inconvenience, not a single offer to rectify the situation. They didn't even apologize for my Dad's illness. There is no doubt I will attend many cruises in my lifetime, but unless they take action to make this right it will never be with Norwegian. I plan on letting every person I know my story in hopes no one else goes through this kind of ordeal again. Pick a cruise line that values you, pick a cruise line that cares about you as a customer. Pick Carnival, pick Royal Caribbean, pick Princess Cruises.</p>

One my last cruise i used the sauna and left my room card with reception. The staff member fraudulent used my room card for a $200 purchase. I reported it timeously and was promised a refund but now they refuse to refund and ignore me. They are unable to produce the slip with my signature.
