Disgusting and Disappointing Service

We hosted my Dads 70th birthday recently and this was probably one of the worst restaurants my family has attended.

We hosted 25 people and more than half the meals where uncooked and the service was a lot to be desired.

The owner of the restaurant Symeon reached out to me after my concerns were raised we tried to come to resolution. After some thought I realise the problem is at ownership level therefore you have a under performing restaurant. Taking in account the struggling economy of SA you would expect some respect to there fellow patrons.
