Nothemba George Attorneys are the worst attorneys, possible scammers

In the year 2020, I bought a property, and Nothemba George Attorneys were the conveyancing attorney.

1. On the Purchase Offer, I had indicated that the offer is subject to a title deed. However, Nothemba George Attorneys registered the house knowing that RDP houses do not have title deeds. I put this on the Purchase Offer because I did not realize that you don't get a title deed when buying an RDP house. However, Nothemba George Attorneys knew this, and did not inform (advise) me of it, and continued to register the house. 2. After the house was registered, I continued to contact Nothemba George Attorneys via emails and telephone asking when will I get the title deed, and Nothemba George Attorneys still did not disclose that you don't get a title deed when buying an RDP house. Nothemba George Attorneys continuously lied to me, saying that they are still waiting for the title deed from the deeds office. Till today 22 July 2022 (the house was registered in 2020) I have not received the title deed. 3. When i was not granted access to the house after registration, Nothemba George Attorneys stated that they would not pay the seller and that they had instituted an eviction process on the seller's behalf. But till today, i have not received access to this house. 4. When I contact the Nothemba George Attorneys company requesting to talk to Nothemba to get answers im given the response that she is not available and when I talk to the other employees, I am told that Nothemba says that the file has been closed. I have not received any joy in dealing with these attorneys and have since reported them. To anyone thinking of getting Nothemba George Attorneys to handle your matter (any), I urge you to tread carefully and list you lose all your money like me.
