Nothemba goerge attorneys
Nothemba Goerge attorney are ***** with their deal they make with customers. I recently had an issue with them were i was supposed to pay the money but they did on my behalf. The money was for municipality rates and they gave me the figures of what I’m going to pay, but when the time comes for me to pay the money it has already gone up about R600, when i ask why, they said the interest has gone up, despite having a agreement

Terrible Service from Nothemba George Attorneys notaries and conveyancers
Good day, I'm so disappointed of the unprofessionalism that I received from Nothemba George Attorneys notaries and conveyancers on the 14 October 2024. I texted Nothemba on the 25 September 2024 through whatsapp but she didn't respond and I tried to call her to no avail. I texted her again on the 2nd of October 2024 and this time she responded on whatsapp. She gave me 2 numbers that I must call from her office. I called one of the ladies by the name of Aviwe, whom I told what my issue is from the 2nd of October 2024 and she promised to get me the details I wanted. I kept following up with her regarding the information I wanted on the file during the time they were doing the ownership transfer of my house from the old owner to my name. First she said the file is old it must me in the storage she hasn't get the time to go and look for it, until last Thursday (10 October 2024) where she promised to make some time same day or the following day but she didn't. I escalated this matter to Nothemba, who refused to grant me access to the file and she said the file belongs to the office, not sure if she's referring to her office. While I was insisting to get the file she blocked my number, which I find very unprofessional. And by refusing me this file she is contravening with The Promotion of Access to Information Act, and I feel she should have known better and acted in accordance with (PAIA).

Terrible Service from Nothemba George Attorneys notaries and conveyancers

I am struggling with getting invoices for payments made from teh proceeds of sale for my mothers house, the payments were not what was agreed upon, we were never told about these stories they are giving us now about future finance. I have been battling for weeks to get answers, even the agent that was assist us to sell the house was complaining about how they treated her. I have been dealing with Pinky and Amahle. I am so frustrated and want to take this further to report it to the relevant bodies.

Nothemba George Attorneys are the worst attorneys, possible scammers
In the year 2020, I bought a property, and Nothemba George Attorneys were the conveyancing attorney. 1. On the Purchase Offer, I had indicated that the offer is subject to a title deed. However, Nothemba George Attorneys registered the house knowing that RDP houses do not have title deeds. I put this on the Purchase Offer because I did not realize that you don't get a title deed when buying an RDP house. However, Nothemba George Attorneys knew this, and did not inform (advise) me of it, and continued to register the house. 2. After the house was registered, I continued to contact Nothemba George Attorneys via emails and telephone asking when will I get the title deed, and Nothemba George Attorneys still did not disclose that you don't get a title deed when buying an RDP house. Nothemba George Attorneys continuously lied to me, saying that they are still waiting for the title deed from the deeds office. Till today 22 July 2022 (the house was registered in 2020) I have not received the title deed. 3. When i was not granted access to the house after registration, Nothemba George Attorneys stated that they would not pay the seller and that they had instituted an eviction process on the seller's behalf. But till today, i have not received access to this house. 4. When I contact the Nothemba George Attorneys company requesting to talk to Nothemba to get answers im given the response that she is not available and when I talk to the other employees, I am told that Nothemba says that the file has been closed. I have not received any joy in dealing with these attorneys and have since reported them. To anyone thinking of getting Nothemba George Attorneys to handle your matter (any), I urge you to tread carefully and list you lose all your money like me. The worse attorneys
