I placed an order a few weeks ago, it was delivered however there were two items missing: they promised to refund me ( I'm still waiting for the refund) one of the items delivered was supposed to be fetched as I ordered it in error. They said they would send a courier to fetch it, I've been wanting for the courier since the 23rd September. I've called, emailed and no one seems interested in assisting me. I'm gatvol of the lies, I just want my money back and for them to come pick up the swing chair. It's so frustrating and disheartening to deal with ****s and people who have no clue how to treat customers. I've never been so disappointed in such a big company, especially because I've ordered from them before. The service has dropped.
I just had the worst treatment from one of the staff members in the xray unit, this girl made us wait 2hours for the xray results. When we enquired we were told that the results were sent to the doctor's rooms, she couldn't be bothered by her actions or even offer an apology. She has a terrible attitude should not be dealing with patients, she gives her department a terrible reputation. It's disappointing to see tnst we still have people who racially profile others even in health institutions.
I am struggling with getting invoices for payments made from teh proceeds of sale for my mothers house, the payments were not what was agreed upon, we were never told about these stories they are giving us now about future finance. I have been battling for weeks to get answers, even the agent that was assist us to sell the house was complaining about how they treated her. I have been dealing with Pinky and Amahle. I am so frustrated and want to take this further to report it to the relevant bodies.
Honestly MTN is slowly losing loyal clients, I have read other review complaining about the same issue that I am experiencing and nothing being resolved. Its been a month now trying to do a sim swap for my mom and we have been sent pillar to post, she has done and followed all the processes we were told abut and still the ****** sim swap is not done. The customer service department is the worst, they just respond to emails just to reach stats, they are not reading the emails to understand and resolve your query. Th e complaints department does not bother to respond to emails, their outlets are forever offline, store managers are never available and it is just frustrating to be treated in this manner. They have no respect for customers nor their business. For such a huge company, this kind of behavior is very disappointing
This company right here is a scam of note and I hope people will not fall for its dirty marketing tricks like some of us have fallen for them. I needed an internet service provider since I started working from home, I went for Rain as it was cheaper and was or is supposed o be a pay as you use service: little did I know that it was all just a lie. I stopped using the sim card as it was giving me issues- so no data was used right? Only to find that they kept billing me, I am busy querying why that has happened as I have not used their service and I am not getting a response. I want to lay an official complaint with ICASA to have the mater resolved, more people need to ask ICASA to intervene so that such crooks can stop robbing and taking advantage of people.
So I order i pads for my kids and friends, I received the package and lets just say it was not what was advertised and I was very dissapointed. I returned the i pads and cancelled my other order that was still en route. I called and emailed them for a full refund almost a month ago till this day I am still waiting for my money. When you call in it sounds like the people are just just chilling and not bothered, their attitude stinks and they have no customer service or whatsoever. I want my money back from these people. I would advise people to stay away from this online shop.
