Nova lifestyle is a ****, do not purchase from them
The company is a ****, they do not respond to messages, there is no phone number. They ***** your money without providing your item. I made an online purchase in January, I haven't received my item nor have I received a refund or any form of communication from them

I ordered and paid an item from them on 20 January 2025. Received confirmation about the order. Last communication from them was on 3 February stating that there has been an update and the sent a fastway tracking number. Since then when you track that number it says Scan Pending. I keep e-mailing the company but no answers. I will not recommend this company.

I ordered and paid an item from them on 20 January 2025. Received confirmation about the order. Last communication from them was on 3 February stating that there has been an update and the sent a fastway tracking number. Since then when you track that number it says Scan Pending. I keep e-mailing the company but no answers. I will not recommend this company.

No order and no answers
Placed an order on the 2nd of Feb 2025. Made the payment as well. To this day no order has arrived. The number on the website does not exist anymore and no one answers their emails. Be aware, it seems to be a false website.
