I made an online purchase, tried to contact these guys via their website form, email and both social media profiles to follow up.

I have received ZERO response.

I came to check out HelloPeter for novatech and there are 4 x 1 star reviews giving nova a 0 Trust Score. I immediately reversed my transaction. I was stupid for not checking HelloPeter before making the purchase.
