Novo Group doesn't pay their suppliers
We have done work for Novo Group in the Past. It is 2 years down the line and we have not yet received our final payment. The owner has made multiple promises to pay off the account but then fails at the first commitment date. He is not answering our calls nor responding to our messages.

Novo Cape Town BIG ****
Placed a order on the 12/9/2023 did direct payment. No delivery up and till today (2/10/2023) Full of excuses and no refund. Please dont order anything from them unless you can pay on delivery......****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Novo Assets Office Building at Kyalami Office Park - bad service
<p>Our company rents some office space at an office building owned by Novo Assets Holding (Pty) Ltd at Kyalami Office Park, Johannesburg. The aircon has not been working for 3 weeks inthe middle of winter and it is very cold in the offices. I have been asking every day in the last two weeks when the aircon will be repaired but the only answer I got is " They do not know, the guy is coming tomorrow." The Novo staff does not look like they really interested in our problem contrary the fact we are their customer and we pay a rent.</p>
