Novo Assets Office Building at Kyalami Office Park - bad service

<p>Our company rents some office space at an office building owned by Novo Assets Holding (Pty) Ltd at Kyalami Office Park, Johannesburg. The aircon has not been working for 3 weeks inthe middle of winter and it is very cold in the offices. I have been asking every day in the last two weeks when the aircon will be repaired but the only answer I got is " They do not know, the guy is coming tomorrow." The Novo staff does not look like they really interested in our problem contrary the fact we are their customer and we pay a rent.</p>
