Disgusting Service. I had such a bad experience with PicknPay . I booked a Bus Ticket with they ****mers 3rd party campany they work with call @NozuluTransLux..
Bus didn't come on the 19th we were told Nozulu did not released Bus to dbn station, we were then told we need to pay extra r300 for @Greyhound since it was the last bus at 10.30pm. Till now I have not received my Refund of the R280
What ******* service is this . The reviews on lime on the bus campany are so bad. I want my money back. Yesterday I was stuck park station for another 9 hours as I had used my last r300 to get me soweto. I'm so ****ed for the level of disregard to your paying clients. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Even yesterday I was promised a call from the PicknPay Pavillion manager . Nothing. This is bad for your brand and worst customer experience ever
