NP Accountants - bad personel

I have had the worst service from this Nicolene person who works at this firm. I have been struggling for almost two months just for her to help me with E filing, she doesn't answer her cell when I call, doesn't call back, nor does she answer mails or sms's. Phoned her again this morning on her cell, didn't answer, phoned office right after and she answered, again did nothing on my E filing, just said with attitude she mailed a quote ( which I never received) and when I asked her why she didn't just phone and followed up if I received the quote, she got agitated and told me its not her work and if I do not like it I can go somewhere else. Which I certainly did, good luck for the company who employees a person like this.....
