I paid for a Kingsize Mattress, base and headboard on the black Friday sale at take a lot. They delivered on the 7th of Dec, a single base with the king size headboard and king size mattress. I didn't want to accept but they said they cannot take it back, I need to accept and log a return. I even went to the Parkview branch now in January, I still cannot get Takealot to refund me the balance at least for the difference in price for the single bed base. I paid R5280 for the King base and received a single base, I am willing to keep the single but want a credit for the balance then I will buy somewhere else another base. I was s regular customer at take a lot, and in the past returned stuff and was credited if it was wrong, but this time no one at take a lot wants to help and at Parkview they just give a number 087 362 8000 that you cannot get hold of anyone. I had back surgery and still cannot use the mattress without a base, I should have just bought it somewhere else. Order number 165965929 This was my last order at take a lot, definitely not so 'convenient' if you pay R6000 for s single bed base you didn't order and cannot use the bed you paid for.
I have fraudulent transactions goung throught since Jan of this year. Nothing on my uber account and nothing ever gets delivered but my money goes off my bank account. And off course cannot get hold of anyone who can asssit. People be carefull dint use uber eats. They take money but dont deliver.
Still waiting for 2 of my parcels since before Christmas and can not get hold of anybody!!!! They do not answer phones or emails! Very bad service. Fast way to loose your belongings, thats all the name says!
Worst service, doe not answer emails and cannot get hold of them. My parcel is somewhere in West Bay but l live in Pretoria. No one even contacrs me regarding this so l take it my parcel is gone. Never trust fast way with any of your deliveries!
PRODUCTS ARE GOOD BUT NO OPTION TO USE OTHER LOGISTICS BUT BUFFALO AND PACKAGES GETS LOST. THEY DO NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. ITS YOUR PROBLEM IF YOU DONT GET YOUR PARCEL EVEN THOUGH YOU TOOK OUT THEIR INSURANCE. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN
Absolutely useless service. My package has been delayed since middle of December. Now ended up in West Bay while the delivery address is Pretoria. Apparently even "tried to deliver but found no one at home" and off course no way of contacting them. WIll never in my life order from Shein as this is the only company they use. I apparwntly lost my money as Buffalo lost my package. Had 4 packages all were late at least 2 were delivered two weeks late but two is still missing somewhere in Buffalo's hands.
Cannot get hold of someone to help with issue. When you phone two options 1 for sales then get cut off everytime. Option 2 when you have any queries then not important enough only a robot that cannot resolve the issue. Customers means nothing. Before moving house we wanted to cancel, the decided to move service to new house. Was moved R2800 later but no internet. When acually spoke to someone it showed cancelled on their side, trying to acivate self but it shows active account. Bug they still deduct R600 for the month. So Webafrica why did we pay R2800 for the relocation of the modem if its cancelled and why again R600? And when trying to get hold of someone, its a wasye of time. So if you customers means nothing to you give my money back or phone me then and assist with the problem. Linda Luus
Rain steel peoples money, You can forget to stop debit orders when you cancel your subscription with rain. They keep on taking money from your account, after you cancelled, but with immediate effect you have no internet as from the same day. So they take your money, even though they received and cancelled your internet. And Rain never gets back to you about it. I phoned the bank, cannot reverse the debit order because they have the card number, so they just continue and continue. Only way to stop it is a new card which you have to pay for at the bank, because of RAIN, So you loose R699 every month or pay R140 for a new bank card just to get these vultures from your account. NEVER USE RAIN, AND NEVER NEVER NEVER GIVE THEM YOU CARD NUMBER!!! Do not think rain is nice because you have no contracts - you pay and will never get out of it. At least contracts end - rain doesn't.
Useless, do not use!!!! All the bad reviews, believe them people, STAY AWAY!! They quote you a decent price, promise you your package will be there on a certain date, then they ignore mails, if you phone you cannot speak to the person, all you get is if you want a quote use the email address. Just their way of again showing you as s customer can fly to H.ll, they have your money and now they have no use for you anymore. 19days after the date I was supposed to have my parcel, still nothing. It was eventually sent back to sender as the never received paperwork from SA, I believe that because I was ignored for almost 4 days on my emails, so I believe they did the same with origin. I am again waiting from last Monday 12 April for a answer, and still waiting. And to get hold of Management? To request a refund? And can not see that management or any of the people who worked on my parcel will contact me about this. It is almost impossible just to get a Tax Invoice. You do not get hold of anyone if you phone, no email gets answered and no option on the website to request an invoice. Will NEVER use Kulula again, Now I know why other people complains on Hello Peter about the same issue, and Kulula still hasn't find a way to make it easier for their clients - go figure!!
