NPH Electrical- not to trusted if you're a supplier on credit

We supp**** sound attenuators to them from JHB, we had a few discussions about installation which we resolved amicably and the second order was for a Embassy in CT, we sent direct to client wrapped and with all parts inside. The goods sat at client for some time. I rang Anthula and we were told some of the rubber pads hadn't been supp****, not to argue we agreed they would deduct the cost of the pads and pay the balance of R7200 minus R500 for the pads, this never happened. Excuse after excuse then they said they were on leave and finally they ghosted my Whatsapp attempts to communicate why i had not been paid.. I certainly will never deal with them again and will hand this over to debt collectors with the relevant proof of paperwork.
