Stay away
Terrible service. They installed our system completely wrong, refused to come back to rectify the mistake, blamed us and were verbally abusive. They essentially stole R100 000 by installing a faulty system that was not compliant. Stay away

This company did work on my solar system a few months ago. They have never paid the electrical engineer to complete the comm report and they are now refusing to answer my questions. So, they took my money and did not provide the service. Stay away!!!!!

NPH Electrical- not to trusted if you're a supplier on credit
We supp**** sound attenuators to them from JHB, we had a few discussions about installation which we resolved amicably and the second order was for a Embassy in CT, we sent direct to client wrapped and with all parts inside. The goods sat at client for some time. I rang Anthula and we were told some of the rubber pads hadn't been supp****, not to argue we agreed they would deduct the cost of the pads and pay the balance of R7200 minus R500 for the pads, this never happened. Excuse after excuse then they said they were on leave and finally they ghosted my Whatsapp attempts to communicate why i had not been paid.. I certainly will never deal with them again and will hand this over to debt collectors with the relevant proof of paperwork.

NPH Electrical - unethical
I was asked to do work on their behalf. Of course promises for payment have been made but after months, payment is still outstanding. Emails and phone calls are unanswered, obviously in hiding. I will have to use a debt collection service to get my money back. The owner is Neville Hagan BEWARE OF HIM AND THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNETHICAL.

Neat, professional and reliable
We have been using NPH Electrical for 3 years now for all our electrical needs at our company and they have resolved every issue with urgency and professionalism. Worst and arrogant electricians you can find
We have paid NPH Electrical for a report on wiring done at our flat in October 2019. They reverted with an estimate quote not reviewing any detail at all. Some of the items quoted on were repaired two months ago by an ethical electrition. I have made numerous calls and emails asking for the report and to speak to a manager since November and no reply. Please be VERY CAUTIOUS when dealing with this company.

not very professional/ bad attitude
I called nph elect for a quote on my geyser i was told they have to come out to see, which they did and proceded to change a thermostat and a isolator and a element no one said to that these need to be replaced they just went ahead with the job and presented me with a R1616.00 bill why in heavens name wound i have asked for a quote for that very reason as to how much my budget can afford. I f that was to high i surely would have gotten another quote from other companies. when calling the nph elect oh heavens how very unprofessional.Oh and that night hot water was pouring out of the geyser i was told a faulty thermostate, which they did replace i have had many a homes i have owned replaced thermostat and never have had faulty products.I have offered to pay this bill off and they refuse. they say i am trying to get out of paying a bill they need to be taught a lesson to conduct business in a honest manner.and a understanding professional manner.
