NSPI ACCREDITATION NOT WORTH THE INVESTMENTS INCLUDING THEIR CONTRACTOR WATTER DIMENSION INTERNATIONAL!!!

We referenced this institution for an accreditted contractor which we used Water dimension internantional (refer: W – Q020 - 6596 AK Rev. 02). When defects manifested themself in 2021 the contractor gave us a runner round and contacted NSPI and requested that they be present in an onsite inspection they said they do not have enough personel as they are a voluntary entity. This was disturbing to us as that is not stated on their website.

The contractor then came and did repairs in May 2022 and send us an email copying the NSPI that the repairs have been done at which affirmed that they had come however, up untill the rains occure again we cant affirm that matter is resolved. When the rains came we copied the contractor pictures of the deffects and they said same will be attended to as it was normal for such gaps to occure on the capping. This continued to worseing and finally they said they woulkd come to do a site inspection on the the 04/01/2024 sending me quote for the inspection which I refused to pay as they had been paid fully.
