Subject: Complaint – Paid Order Cancelled After 2 Months I ordered two pairs of pink plakkies to support the organisation and paid immediately on 29 August (proof of payment was emailed the same day). Payment was made via their website using OZOW.
After waiting three weeks with no delivery, I emailed to ask about my order and was told to resend the proof of payment — which I did. Weeks later, I followed up again, only to be asked once more for the proof of payment, which I sent again.
Now, two months later, I have received an email saying that my order has been cancelled? How is this possible when I paid R700 on 29 August 2025 and have provided proof multiple times?
This is completely unacceptable. The communication from your team has been unprofessional, with repeated requests for information already supp****, and emails containing spelling and grammar errors — which raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this “fundraising” website advertised on Facebook for NSRI.
I expect an immediate explanation and refund of my R700.
