Subject: Complaint – Paid Order Cancelled After 2 Months I ordered two pairs of pink plakkies to support the organisation and paid immediately on 29 August (proof of payment was emailed the same day). Payment was made via their website using OZOW. After waiting three weeks with no delivery, I emailed to ask about my order and was told to resend the proof of payment — which I did. Weeks later, I followed up again, only to be asked once more for the proof of payment, which I sent again. Now, two months later, I have received an email saying that my order has been cancelled? How is this possible when I paid R700 on 29 August 2025 and have provided proof multiple times? This is completely unacceptable. The communication from your team has been unprofessional, with repeated requests for information already supp****, and emails containing spelling and grammar errors — which raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this “fundraising” website advertised on Facebook for NSRI. I expect an immediate explanation and refund of my R700. Good day Vodacom is the worst cellular company, pay for handset not allowed to use different SIM, It is my handset I am paying for it my choice to put whatever SIM inside. Vodacom should give the handset for free then I will use your SIM inside.
Hi Hellopeter. My Tracker problem not resolved. Can't believe industries in today tuff time doesn't care about SERVICE. Must unhelpful Tracking Company in SA. I will never refer someone to make use of there products. The consultant that contact me did not sort my problem out. What is bad the tracking unit was taken out of my vehicle and I personally delivered it to there Nelspruit base offices with a letter to say that I cancel the subscription. Nearly two year passed and still I am paying for a services not used. So Tracker is getting free money for nearly 2 years.
********** Hi Hellopeter. My bakkie was sold nearly 2 years back. I contacted Tracker and I advice them that my vehicle was sold and that I want carry on with Tracker. Numerous phoned calls and visits to there office in Nelspruit still no joy. I am paying for a services I don't use. What must I do. This is bad service. There is no client service and the staff doesn't want to help me with my problem. I want Tracker to pay my money back.
