No Feedback // Poor service

The worst service ever!!!!! My husband went for his COC in plumbing last year August. He still haven't received his Certificate. Everytime we phone to ask about the paperwork, there is a new excuse. The one lady working there don't even get back to you. You can leave 100 messages but still no feedback!!!!!! Now they are blaming the government for not receiving the paperwork as yet. My husband wants to go overseas, but he can't, because the companies need his certificate. And still no clarification from NTC Training. We just need answers!!!!! We are really fed up with all of the excuses!!!!!! I will not recommend NTC Training for anyone!!!
