Most shocking and terrible service ever received!
Do not recommend this place at all, when you call them they either put then phone down in your ear or the OWNER swears you, he told me **** you I dont have to help you! I called the office back not knowing the person that swore me was the owner and the lady Jackie at reception told me to call the owner back and apologize to him because he is the owner and can do whatever he wants to do. They are absolutely unprofessional and extremely rude. Waiting months now for certificate and they cannot even explain properly when people's better life actually depend on this!

Do not recommend this place at all, when you call them they either put then phone down in your ear or the OWNER swears you, he told me **** you I dont have to help you! I called the office back not knowing the person that swore me was the owner and the lady Jackie at reception told me to call the owner back and apologize to him because he is the owner and can do whatever he wants to do. No Feedback // Poor service
The worst service ever!!!!! My husband went for his COC in plumbing last year August. He still haven't received his Certificate. Everytime we phone to ask about the paperwork, there is a new excuse. The one lady working there don't even get back to you. You can leave 100 messages but still no feedback!!!!!! Now they are blaming the government for not receiving the paperwork as yet. My husband wants to go overseas, but he can't, because the companies need his certificate. And still no clarification from NTC Training. We just need answers!!!!! We are really fed up with all of the excuses!!!!!! I will not recommend NTC Training for anyone!!!

Swearing at Customers when making sales calls
NTC Training called our business to try and sell us training when we informed her that were not interest they swore at our receptionist. Shocking attitude! They called from Number 018 ********** and i have the recorded conversation should you require to listen to it.
