Do not recommend this place at all, when you call them they either put then phone down in your ear or the OWNER swears you, he told me **** you I dont have to help you! I called the office back not knowing the person that swore me was the owner and the lady Jackie at reception told me to call the owner back and apologize to him because he is the owner and can do whatever he wants to do. They are absolutely unprofessional and extremely rude. Waiting months now for certificate and they cannot even explain properly when people's better life actually depend on this!
<p>My father has had his MTN number for more then 10years now and he recently had to do a sim swap. We went into a MTN store purchased a sim card, we Rica the number en the lady told us we must phone 173 to do a sim swap. It has now been a week that we have been phoning customer service to help with the sim swap holding the line at times for morw then an hour and we cannot get through. How can your lines be busy 24/7???? This is absolutely pathetic, I'm so glad I'm with Vodacom never had an issue with them before especially not a simple thing like customer care services!!!!!</p>
