I need my money back

I'm disappointed and very unhappy with Ntha property, I bought a stand with them and paid R32000 which I requested a cancellation after finding out that the plot they're selling stands from is actually not theirs. I was promised to be refunded in April 2021 but to this day I still haven't been refunded. When I go to their offices in Jhb cbd the guards tell me that they've long moved out but when I search their new address it still shows the one which they moved out of.
