Elandsfontein property stands
Very unprofessional **** of a company. Bought a stand in 2020 and to date nothing is happening. There's no communication, they show a lot of arrogance. They don't pay back people money. A letter of demand is on its way to their offices

They rob people pretending as if they selling stand and houses and they don’t want to refunds people their money when yu go to them tgey telling you wth who,who’s not available

Misleading
I’m very disappointed with Ntha properties they are not answering their calls and no update. When you go to their offices at kibble park you not allowed to enter. if you did not book for an appointment 😏😡

I paid R2500 000.00 till today I'm still waiting for my stand, ntha property it's big ****. I app**** for cancelation till today am still waiting for my money........ No stand also.

Unfortunately I csn relate to what the Clients say. I worked there for a while , they are double selling stands convincing people that these stands are available. They lack any form of integrity, and despite bad reviews on SABC's Third Degree they are still allowed to operate. The waiting list for client refunds are extremely long. And I resigned as it bothered me on an ethical basis. Management gets protected by staff who are willing to lie for them. I have personally been help hostage for over three hours by irate clients wanting to break the doors down. I can only suggest to clients to approach the Small Claims Court to at least recover some of their money.

I need my money back
I'm disappointed and very unhappy with Ntha property, I bought a stand with them and paid R32000 which I requested a cancellation after finding out that the plot they're selling stands from is actually not theirs. I was promised to be refunded in April 2021 but to this day I still haven't been refunded. When I go to their offices in Jhb cbd the guards tell me that they've long moved out but when I search their new address it still shows the one which they moved out of.

Give credit where its due..
Alot of people are unhappy about a business until their problems gets resolved.. then the bad name sticks with the business while your experience has changed.. i am Giving this company a 5 star rank because i know how great they are, every challenge - have been overcame and if yours havent been.. then raise your hand and speak up..
