Alot of people are unhappy about a business until their problems gets resolved.. then the bad name sticks with the business while your experience has changed.. i am Giving this company a 5 star rank because i know how great they are, every challenge - have been overcame and if yours havent been.. then raise your hand and speak up..
I ordered Pizza for the 1st time in Norwood Debonairs. after being unable to take out cash from Standard bank (Cash sent voucher) i immediately called them to inform them of the inconvenience that i had and asked for my order to be cancelled, no conditions was given for such instance. today i called ordering pizza, and they told me they cant take my order, i explained again why i happened, they passed me to Ronny, he began shouting at me without wanting to hear what i had explain and he wanted to cut me short on the phone while i was still speaking. this is certainly the response they give people, this shows it doesnt matter what your reason is for cancellation, they dont note it down and they dont care. this is poor management of a company. if i am at their store amd i order pizza and suddenly got an emergency, next time i come they will burn people without hearing their reason. im pissed!!!!!!
