Ntp Security double billed me for two consecutive months. When the first deduction went through from my account I contacted them but I was told that it was an error and that I will not be billed the following month. On the following month they double debited from my account again despite the fact that they gave an undertaking that I will not be billed for that month because of the double debit the previous month. I called again to find out what is happening and this time I was told that an amount of over R500 will be paid back to my account in few days. I received an sms that confirms that an investigation is underway on the billing system and that my money will be refunded back to my account. When a week passed I called Ntp and I was assured that the money will be paid by the end of June 2015 as the investigations took longer than anticipated. June came and passed, no money came. I called and spoke to Mpho and Lerato on several occasions, and every time I call I am assured that the matter will be sorted out. It is nearly the end of August and I still do not have my money back. I am now involving my attorney because what they did is theft andNtp will have to pay for the legal costs
