Cancelled my contract 2 months in advance, ntp persued the debit order. Now they playing games with a R408.00 refund. Some or other arrogant idiot called me pulling mafia style antics, what a joke. I guess they are R408.00 richer and I am the proud owner of a radio unit. Stay away from this company at all costs.

I am in my second year trying to get NTP to do what's right for me as a consumer, and as their client.. According to NTP Security my alarm was struck by lightning and for a year I waited for them to come and repair it. They made me purchase new equipment that needed to be replaced but failed to deliver for months, meaning I was still with a malfunctioning alarm. After a year of waiting, I cancelled the contract because the alarm was still malfunctioning and went to another service provider. Guess what they never came to complete the cancellation, their uninstalled equipment is still in my house and they never refunded me the money for the purchased equipment that they failed to deliver to repair my alarm. The calls I have made are now amounting to the refund of my undelivered purchase.

Their security services are poor, they don’t communicate with their clients on any level. If you seek information from them, they simply don’t respond.

The company I joined when I moved in 2017. Their batteries and systems have been broken since November 2019. I reported by telephone and they did not call to check if I was home. They only send a driver once to my place. I contacted their contact center to date I was not assisted their debit order will go up. I have told them to cancel my contract and they continue to debit from me yet they have not rendered me any services or contacted me. They have now double debited my account. I do not want their security services because they do not respond to clients, now they debit as they wish in my account.

We got NTP security and they stopped debiting money out of the account for payment. A few months later they then said we were owing a certain amount of money and they wanted to remove the entire security system. We tried to make arrangements with them for the money that was owing and they refused the arrangements- they just wanted the alarm box. I then asked them to show me the contract that we had signed with the company showing that 'should you owe, the company will take the security box' however they could not show the contract. They came and took the entire box with our consent as we were tired of being harassed and not having a way forward with payment. They did not make us sign any cancellation document (meaning they could come back and say we owe money) and further did not come with any material to fix the holes they left in the walls.

Good day, I trust you find this compliment well. I would like to take a moment to appreciate NTP security for the work and services being done specifically in Rossyln Gardens. An area that has one of the highest breaking crime statistics. While still a resident in that area and knocking off at late hours, your security personnel would not hesitate to stop and ensure I am safely parked in the yard each time they saw me pull in the driveway to manually open the gate. Making me feel safe as a female driving what is considered a high-risk car. Regardless of the landlord not being NTP's client this was never a factor and professionally they ensured my safety. Seeing them patrol the area brings a sense of security and peace of mind. Please keep the excellent service up and know that we take notice of your presence and commitments to our communities, personal safety, and security. I would like to wish your organization well in all your business endeavors and wish you abundant growth and success.

Ntp Security double billed me for two consecutive months. When the first deduction went through from my account I contacted them but I was told that it was an error and that I will not be billed the following month. On the following month they double debited from my account again despite the fact that they gave an undertaking that I will not be billed for that month because of the double debit the previous month. I called again to find out what is happening and this time I was told that an amount of over R500 will be paid back to my account in few days. I received an sms that confirms that an investigation is underway on the billing system and that my money will be refunded back to my account. When a week passed I called Ntp and I was assured that the money will be paid by the end of June 2015 as the investigations took longer than anticipated. June came and passed, no money came. I called and spoke to Mpho and Lerato on several occasions, and every time I call I am assured that the matter will be sorted out. It is nearly the end of August and I still do not have my money back. I am now involving my attorney because what they did is theft andNtp will have to pay for the legal costs

My home used to be happy with the service conveyed by NTP until of late. We came to the NTP office in Lotus Gardens on Monday the 15th, found the lady who works at the reception or whatever position she holds there. What we were there to do was to inform them of our alarm system which we thought was not connecting/faulty and also to reports damaged boards. The lady told us she was writing everything down and that she will phone us after 45 min and send through a technician to check the system and also deliver new boards. The lady that seem to be so certain of what she was promising never phoned after 45min and the technician was only send to our house after 3 hours. When the technician got there he never had the boards and only said no one told him about them but he will deliver them the next day, question is: why the next day when the NTP office is 2min away from our location?? But he still never came the next day.<br> <br> Now the damaged board send wrong information to intruders/thieves, because they might think the system no longer works and probably decide to make us our next victims. NTP used to deliver and not disappoint but I'm highly disappointed with the service we always receiv
