I am in my second year trying to get NTP to do what's right for me as a consumer, and as their client.. According to NTP Security my alarm was struck by lightning and for a year I waited for them to come and repair it. They made me purchase new equipment that needed to be replaced but failed to deliver for months, meaning I was still with a malfunctioning alarm. After a year of waiting, I cancelled the contract because the alarm was still malfunctioning and went to another service provider. Guess what they never came to complete the cancellation, their uninstalled equipment is still in my house and they never refunded me the money for the purchased equipment that they failed to deliver to repair my alarm. The calls I have made are now amounting to the refund of my undelivered purchase.
They are scammers, I ordered and more than a month later they did not deliver. They need to be reported because I even suspect they do their own positive reviews with fake accounts just to get them out of the red on Hellopeter. For every bad review, they post 2 good ones themselves. THEY ARE SCAMMERS and I am lodging my complaint with Consumer Ombudsman.
Pick n Pay Blu Hills in Midrand is dismally failing to handle their ASAP orders and queries arising from that order. For months and weeks, I have raised so many concerns with the store and with the App's customer careline but to date, none of their recon clerks is able to resolve my issues or even update me, it started when it was still bottles. They once charged me for T-bone steak that was never delivered and I was given a run around when I queried. Another order I received Pita bread with mould and months I am still waiting for replacement as I was not refunded. The charged me R129.99 for beef but delivered a R45.00 packet and never refunded the difference as well & I was ignored flat on that query. I stopped using the App, a few weeks later in fear of Covid still, I used it and the driver dropped my goods as he was taking them out of the s******/bike. I did not take the bag as it had broken glass, to date I am still waiting for the replacements. I called the store and spoke t a couple of people including a male called Moele who admitted that the driver came with the damaged parcel but I must go get my goods from their driver, I raised my concern with Moele that why should I be contacting the driver because I do not know him, I purchased from PnP not him. A few days ago ASAP customer care (Violet was handling the query) refunded me R33.00, no communication was sent to explain what was that for because my last loss with them was R150.00. And these are the queries on the amounts which I felt I cannot donate to Pick n Pay, I am not including the small rands differences here and there caused by the price difference on the App & Store. So if they are doing this to one customer, how many more customers are they ripping off out there, the false profits they make from rip offs, how much are they? I want my money back with a proper recon on raised queries.
