I am in my second year trying to get NTP to do what's right for me as a consumer, and as their client.. According to NTP Security my alarm was struck by lightning and for a year I waited for them to come and repair it. They made me purchase new equipment that needed to be replaced but failed to deliver for months, meaning I was still with a malfunctioning alarm. After a year of waiting, I cancelled the contract because the alarm was still malfunctioning and went to another service provider. Guess what they never came to complete the cancellation, their uninstalled equipment is still in my house and they never refunded me the money for the purchased equipment that they failed to deliver to repair my alarm. The calls I have made are now amounting to the refund of my undelivered purchase.
