March 2020 I sought assistance in regards to a labor matter. I came across Pangea Labour solutions and spoke to Johann Viljoen who assured me works with SAEWA. My matter ended in a settlement that was paid to Pangea Labour Solution under terms that they will charge a 30% fee on the settlement and pay the 70% into my bank account within 14 days of payment from when they received payment. The payment was made to Pangea on the 25th of April 2020 and I was only paid R16 000 leaving a balance of R33,507.83 due to me. To date, I have not received this money and the managing director of Pangea now does not answer my calls or respond to any of my messages. He confirmed that the money will be paid within 21 days from 25 May 2020 and to date I still have not received this money. It pains me that organizations such as his can take advantage of people going through difficult times and further inflict so much more pain by refusing to honor their word and pay what is owed to clients. Instead, resort to bullying.
Good day, I trust you find this compliment well. I would like to take a moment to appreciate NTP security for the work and services being done specifically in Rossyln Gardens. An area that has one of the highest breaking crime statistics. While still a resident in that area and knocking off at late hours, your security personnel would not hesitate to stop and ensure I am safely parked in the yard each time they saw me pull in the driveway to manually open the gate. Making me feel safe as a female driving what is considered a high-risk car. Regardless of the landlord not being NTP's client this was never a factor and professionally they ensured my safety. Seeing them patrol the area brings a sense of security and peace of mind. Please keep the excellent service up and know that we take notice of your presence and commitments to our communities, personal safety, and security. I would like to wish your organization well in all your business endeavors and wish you abundant growth and success.
In August 2019 I enrolled my son with Northen Academy In Polokwane. Paid both boarding and tuition fees until March 2020, with the intention to pay the year in full . The service from the beginning was not excellent however gave them the benefit of the doubt. March 31 I lost my job due to the COVID 19 situation and notified the school. First 2 emails were never responded too and the 3rd which was sent to their admin team Marie Slabbert responded, informing me of the relief scheme, which made no difference to me as where was I to get the 75% fees for the 15% relief they were offering. Regardless of me notifying her that I NO LONGER HAVE A JOB she insisted that I had to give a 3 months notice and they will not give me a transfer letter or his 1st term report which by the way I had paid for and had they been prepared I would have it anyway considering the account was paid in full when we urgently had to fetch the children to COVID outbreak. I am disappointed in the CURRO as a brand and disgusted at the lack of empathy and business sense to know that my situation could change and I would've brought him back, all they want is their 3-month notice. No thought of the child and the rights he has. I would never advise anyone to register with this money-hungry brand. As it seems this is the general feel of all PSG companies having had a personal experience with one of their Sister companies.
Dear Daphne and Billy. I would like you both to know how grateful I am with your excellent service. Irate as I was, I am impressed at how Daphne Moholola handled the how the situation and took ownership even though the complaint was not within her scope, she remained calm and followed up with me 3 times just to give me feedback on what almost 10 consultants couldn't help me with. Billy Maseko, you are a star, I appreciate your level of professionalism and urgent response to what I have been battling with over 2 weeks. You asked the right questions and provided me the correct answers. Both these employees need to be recognized in a big way and could be the lifeline of your after-sales service cause I must say at Vodacom its the worst. I am still waiting for confirmation of collection from Ram and refund to be processed, however, I am happy thus far. Thank you both greatly.
I have been waiting for my order for order 3weeks . It was sais the power cables were stolen put was resolved I guess they mustve stolen my shoes and makeup too right? That could be the only reason 3 weeks later I still dont have my goods order 19062501031881
I bought a Wifi router online and paid for it cash. When I got it after a short period the router was branded with Vodacom Not Hauwai as advertised, I tried a different sim card which confirmed the router was locked. I reported it and explained why I didnt take a contract as I wanted to use another provider. I logged a request for collection and refund as it did not suit my needs . First it took vodacom consultants an hour to figure out that the device was cash and not contract . When I got to speak to someone they confirmed collection withinn 3 - 5 days after 3 days I followed up and was told that the request for collection ad refund was cancelled a few minutes after I spoke to someone at Vodacom . This speaks to the reason why I dont want any services with Vodacom cause the service is rediculous . I requested to speak to manager and I was denied that so hopefully this way I can access someone to help me with my requrst

<p>Regardless of all attempts to resolve with Finace For Me Harry and Wife Heidi De Beer have clearly shown that they have no conscious and are not upright members of socity that are out there to rob and con desperate people out of their hard earned money . Out of the R8000.00 only R 200.00 was paid to myself to date . I requested the compnay come ip with a payment schedule as I will have alot of bank charges again they failed to respond . Legal action agaianst these people will be taken and I pray to God this is a lesson to the made mentioned people .</p>

Thank you Sesi Dinah , being a customer service consultant myself I am in ore by the level of service you give . It goes beyond norms and exceeds all expectations. It’s not in what you did but how you did it as well, which spoke volumes to your character and I bless and thank The excellent services gods for you.</p> <p>Even when she struggled to get the initial installer to commit to a time or even return her calls to come and fix the initial problem, she kept me updated and gave me solutions and not more problems. I take off my hat to you and do hope you are appreciated and honoured for what you did for me and the gift intended for my father, you made it perfect and I am humbled.</p> <p> </p> <p>The matter was then referred to Excellent Sithole who despite getting lost due to my unclear directions didn’t complain or even give me a sense he was irritated or lost his calm. I was not home when he got there and my dad cannot stop singing his praises, this young man oozes passion, dedication, respect and diligence. He waited for the initial installer before touching anything with intentions to also educate the installer and that to me says LEADER.</p> <p>I got home and was moved by the workmanship and how perfectly the job was done. The cable is next to invisible and gels with the wall. The cable is so straight I could swear a ruler was used to line it . The dish has been repositioned and I am happy no issues and doubt I ever will in this regard.</p> <p>Excellent thank you, thank you for making my dad’s gift perfect just as I had pictured it .
