I just called De Vos Attorneys to speak to them regarding a debit order that i wanted to arrange, the woman who answered was so rude . She answered the phone saying hello, not even announcing the company name, when i asked if this is the attorneys she said yes, i told her how unprofessional it was to answer the phone like that , i asked for customer care she said that they don't have one what do i want to do, i explained that i wanted to speak to someone regarding an account that i have , she was so short and so rude i told her im not explaining everything to her i just wanted to speak to someone who deals with outstanding accounts.............she turns around and in such a ****y arrogant manner says well firstly its good manners to introduce yourself ...................i swore at her an told her to go to hell,....... she should start with learning how to answer the phone and learn how to talk to clients before she gets all ****y and rude and condescending especially since this is an attorneys company i expect someone to answer and be more professional than to say hello....... rude woman what a bad walking advert for that company

I have paid my account up and now they cannot even send me a paid up letter. I am told that they have sent it but I receive emails on the hour and yet their email fails to come through. I have gone to the extent of giving them 2 other emails and still not. Yet the consultants will call you at every hour for payment and now that I'm paid up, they can't even give me whats's rightfully mine. I don't even trust that they will update this on my ITC record

I have settled my account my African Bank account which was sold to you with account number ********** 001 on 2017/07/26 , to date my ITC record reflects an outstanding balance . I was informed this will be updated in 6 weeks it a few months later and want this updated ASAP

STANDARD BANK sent my details to this company about a cheque account that was opened in 2009 forcing me to pay the. I agreed to make payment and last month was my 1st installment. i did not even receive an acknowledgment email stating that they received the money. i tried googling they details and i cant find anything on the website. they really have poor service . this month i have to make my last payment i am not even sure if they will remove my name from people that owes STANDARD BANK.
