I had called asking them to update my account with the Credit Bureau and was promised 14 working days. I called 3 weeks after that and no one knows about my account and now the phone lines are not working.
I am so impressed with the technology that Rain routers have. OMG, you scan a QR code to get connected. LOVE IT LOVE IT. Their service is just on point. I will keep been a client for as long as you are around.
If I could give no stars I will. I started a claim process in July and still today its not sorted. I have to the one calling no one bothers to update me and even those consultants that say they will call me back NEVER DO. I regret moving to Idirect, worse service ever. I will not recommend to anyone.
My package came at the promised time and all was in good condition
My account is on Hold. I had a consultant call me to assist with the re-activation and promised to call back nothing happened. I called many a times but don't get help. All I want is my money that I have in that account and they can close the account.
Takealot has changed my Return reason so that they do not refund me, when it states clearly on why i returned the UPS. It didn't meet expectations. I bought a UPS on the 8th November 2023 and used it until 19 November 2023. The battery life is short as described. I returned it back now they refuse to refund me as they said that the seal is broken. The seal will be broken because i opened the box to use the item :(
I bought a Top Loader 15kg in 2021. I has been working well until late last year-2022. I kept telling them that my drum beats against the walls of the washing machine when it spins and it also moves when it Spins and also doesn't pull through water properly. I got Technicians coming through for the 3rd time now. I tell the technician that this happens when it Spins clothes and each time he tells me there is no error that he is getting and then test spins with just water. I mean i am not that bored to be filling my machine with water and just spin. I defeats the purchase. The facial expression i get and comment is I don't know how to use the machine. I am still sitting with the same problem as they do not want to take the machine in for proper testing.
Had applied and someone called to confirm details. I got sent sms's following up my application. Their tracking system does not work. Their live chat is a Bot which serves no purpose. Have been calling and the lines are never answered. If the application was never captured, please cancel it and remove my detail off your system. I do not want any debit order taking place on my account.
I have paid my Lime loan account, got a settlement letter than only states the last amount I paid. I asked Zola to write me a proper settlement letter, no response from her. My account has not been updated on ITC as fully paid, and this is messing with my credit score. This company does not care about servicing their clients, they just want money out of you than after that you are on your own.
