I have just received policy documents for Insurance. I have NEVER requested insurance from these people I don't even know who they are . I have my own insurance this is ***** how unknown people can get my information and just do insurance under my name . I phoned the consultant back she won't take my calls her name is Rene Cilliers her email is rene.cilliers@brolink.co.za telephone 012 4502720. She won't phone me back she said she phoned me. She **** I had the home next to me waiting then she put the phone down on me twice saying I'm shouting at her. That woman does not know what shouting is . I talk VERY loud always have and yes I'm angry . I'm angry because complete strangers take out insurance in my name without my knowledge or permissions then refuse to take my calls
I have NEVER dealt with a more *********** organisation before as this. I was loyally have my salary deducted weekly by these people .....even though I was struggling I knew it was to my benefit. So when I left my company on 06 September 2024 I filled out all my doc's and emailed it through ....after 3 weeks of hearing nothing from these people I phoned begging for assistance. Only to be told they never received my paperwork which is nonsense as my email showed it was received. I was told to resend my stuff and in 6 weeks I would be paid . In that time I phoned again cause still heard nothing only to be told they still haven't received my paperwork....I sent it again.....then I had to send it for a third time cause they still couldn't find it ...then a fourth time....I keep speaking to people who really don't care and have a attitude of its not my problem it's yours. Being unemployed do you have any idea how I need the money . Now today I phoned again only to be be told my application has only just gone in for payment.....it's going to be another 6 weeks. I get no help from these people....they really don't care how they treat people. When they were taking my money every week I had no problem but now I've been struggling and battling to get my money since 10 September 2024. These people are devils and have no regard for other humans suffering. That's my money and it's due to me BUT now when it comes to payout there is big stories but when they were robbing me weekly they were so polite They make me so angry how they just don't care. The unhelpful attitudes it's sickening. I'm reaching Christmas with no money instead of having my money which was due to me a long time ago in my pocket. These people are Devils and money grabbers they take your money but won't give what's owed to you and there is never feedback . I have to run after them non stop then I have to deal with their *********** staff who don't know what's going on they are disgusting . They probably won't even respond to this post that's how bad they are they don't care I have dealt with Robyn Sehlabana and Zandile Marko. I just called De Vos Attorneys to speak to them regarding a debit order that i wanted to arrange, the woman who answered was so rude . She answered the phone saying hello, not even announcing the company name, when i asked if this is the attorneys she said yes, i told her how unprofessional it was to answer the phone like that , i asked for customer care she said that they don't have one what do i want to do, i explained that i wanted to speak to someone regarding an account that i have , she was so short and so rude i told her im not explaining everything to her i just wanted to speak to someone who deals with outstanding accounts.............she turns around and in such a ****y arrogant manner says well firstly its good manners to introduce yourself ...................i swore at her an told her to go to hell,....... she should start with learning how to answer the phone and learn how to talk to clients before she gets all ****y and rude and condescending especially since this is an attorneys company i expect someone to answer and be more professional than to say hello....... rude woman what a bad walking advert for that company
Last Night i received a Sms to say that my Uber Eats Transaction has been Declined cause there wasnt enough money in my account, They proceeded to say there would be a fee incurred for declined Transactions. So here is the Problem, i dont know how my details got onto uber eats as i have never used them in my life, i dont have and have never had the app. so if there was money in my account it would have been ****** . The worse part is that i cannot find any number to call for assistance or even an email.... so who do you contact when stuff like this goes on there is no sort of way to contact them. The number i called said the number is no longer in use, so basically they can try ***** my money and im supposed just let it happen
I Bought a buddy Coke a week or two ago, upon leaving the store and arriving at my destination i realized that despite being sealed one of the two cokes were only half full. I then phoned customer services, logged a complaint. 5 days later a rep called me to say he is gonna come collect the coke and im assuming replace it, we made an appointment for the next day, a half hour after he was meant to be there he said they sent the complaint to bloemfontein not gauteng, i phoned the Joburg office again and this time the team leader came on the line after i went off at customer service, the team leader promised me that someone from the Joburg office was going to contact me.......well that was days ago and have heard nothing more. so if you have a problem with your coke dont complain cause they dont care
I ordered and paid for a clothing cupboard . I picked one with the colour hoping it was going to be a smooth process as this was a urgent order. It took a few days then it arrives and not only is it the wrong product but it's a cheaper version at least a R200 different price but the colour was wrong too. After I realized it's wrong I looked for a number . So apparently you cannot phone in everything is online. Do now they have my money but I'm sitting with a product that I didn't order or like so what now . Nobody even bothered to contact me
