On the 02 August, I brought my vehicle for service. Was on 75000 kilos. I was then told by admin that I need to pay for that service as the maintenance plan ended at 60 000. I then enquired on why wasn't I told that after that service, so that I could plan ahead. I also spoke to the manager who indicated that he will give me a discount. I immediately told them that I couldn't afford the service of R2700 and will take the car.
I called the employee that assisted me to buy the vehicle, Grand Apes. I asked him why didn't he tell me that I needed to pay for the service after booking it. I confirmed that I was unable to pay for it now and so I'm taking it, he then told me to live the vehicle he will make a plan. He will call me later. In the afternoon when I got there I went to reception and was still told to pay R2700. I went to Grand and needed explanation as to why did HD say I must live the car and I'm still charged for it. He told me to give me few minutes he will sort me out. I left the business at 18:00 without my vehicle and Grand was not in the building, he left me there without explanation
We called him so many times from the time I noticed that he is in the building, until today 03 Aug. I am here again at NTT and there's no manager whatsoever that can assist me. What a service
