No sense of urgency

My vehicle was towed to VW in Worcester with a problem with a water coolant pipe. They have advised me that the part they need to fix will not arrive to them within 4 days from Uitenhage! This is unacceptable! There are courier companies within the country that provide next-day-service within the borders of the country. Why should this take so long!

I had plans with my family to be travelling this weekend. Now they are advising us that the car will not be ready because as the part will not have arrived. I find this most unsatisfactory!
