If ever you looking for the best service and pharmacist with old school vast knowledge this is my go to pharmacy. 1 stop everything under 1 roof...no need to go into another pharmacy. All staff and pharmacist's are very friendly and forever helpful. I prefer to pay the little extra than stand in a Dischem or Clicks and get claustrophobic and sick. The best thing is that if they short of any medication, they will deliver to the door and even if it be at 9pm the medication arrives as promised. The delivery gentleman truly work as hard.

My son was discharged from Rondebosch medical center on Public holiday and they did not give me Targin Act , I took the script a processional doctor gave me Dr Gupta at an accredited institution , Debbie the pharmacist said to me where is this doctor from ? Doe sit matter if you have a stamped script I wondered. She said he never wrote it out correctly? I said it was a admission into hospital ,she called the doctors rooms asking if my son was a patient yesterday at Rondebosch hospital with DR GUPTA as she did not know this doctor? The receptionist confirmed my son was in hospital and debbie wanted doctors cell number which they did not give her, she still was not satisfied and called Rondebosch Surgical Department asked if my son was a patient and what the doctor wrote up and why he did not use a proper prescription pad , She was not happy with answer and asked to speak to someone else who confirmed indeed that the script was valid? My question Nu Pharmacy Claremont ? do you do this with all your patients or only coloured people , Do you phone every doctor and re confirm all the details that you already have infront of you doctors practise number all the in hospital details and procedure performed? I got same medication at Kingsbury when i had my procedure to deal with my extensive pain but I was never made to feel like I was a junky. I will never use that pharmacy ever again. Does Debbie think any patient has the doctor ? the surgical staff including the matron at Rondebosch assured me I can get the medication at any pharmacy , if this script was in valid or dodgy then why would Rondebosch discharge me with it. Disgusted Service in this new South Africa hell no.

I went for vitality assessment on 1 Nov. The points should be reflected immediately. I even paid in cash. The next days I tried to email, left message, spoke to more than two staff still I could not speak to the sister or even just submit my point! on Friday when I phoned, I eventually got a phone back to say they will sort it out on Monday (today). Up to today no point submitted. Really, very unprofessional!

<p>I was in Cavendish yesterday to collect my dughters glasses. I passed Nu Pharmacy and thought I would ask if they could fill my elderly mothers pescription. I went to the dispensing counter and a tall bearded gentlemen asisted me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was shocked when he told me the Levy would be R176 and amde a mental note to speak to the doctor. The doctor knows that my mom is a pensioner and I am asingle mom. so monyey tight in our household. Today i made enquiries and found that the medication given to my mom was the more expensive versions of what was listed on her script. </p> <p> </p> <p>i wasmt even told this or given any other options</p>
