Jan Jacobs of Nuclad Roofing - a repeat conman who will vanish with your deposit

Jan Jacobs of Nuclad Roofing is a repeat conman. He has been reported him to SAPS and there is currently a case of theft by conversion against him.

He disappeared with a large deposit without completing the bulk of the work we hired him for and without ordering the materials we paid him for.

He made many excuses to explain the delays when it’s clearly something he has done many times and he had no intention of completing the job. After speaking to a neighbour, he also ran off with their deposit.

We had no reason to suspect him as he had previously completed a small job for us and others in the area and had started work on painting, sanding and other smaller tasks.

Do not use him for anything.
