I am writing the complaint with heart full of disappointment caused by nuco auctioneers after I registered for auction with R50000.
On the 3/2/2021around pass 9h00 I enquired about online auction I spoke to kutwano I asked her if they do offer in house finance she said yes so I asked if I am late to register for auction since it was written to end 10h30 she said yes I am not late I must do immediate payment and send the proof of payment.
And then I ask her (kutwano) again if they finance for private individuals not company she said yes, and I must send my ID and proof of residence and I did that. I sent Catherine nuco auction finance department a message asking her about finances she said she is in the meeting she replied after 13h00 and I asked how does the finance work she didn't answer me.
Then I bid the truck I win the bid 370k,after that one of nuco services provider called me stating that they will send invoices to me later I waited And then the following day they sent me invoice it was 478k so I sent Catherine Wich is the finance department person that I need finance she told me finance you apply for it 72 hours before registration not after so I told her that kutwano pushed me to register a d she told me they will provide finances.. Then she told me I have to pay the money, I try to explain to her what kutwano informed me she said I must take it up to their lawyers. Then I wrote kutwano messages then she told me juco the director manager is handling it he will call me and inform me about the dission that was on the 4/2/2021 then no one called me.. On Monday the 8/2/2021 pass 08h00 I called director landlines I got a lady by the name of Nandi I explained to her she told me that dission has been takken Wich I don't even know of, I asked for jaco De jager director numbers she gave me. I called and introduced myself and explained to him then he said he know the story and I asked him what is the way forward he said he will call me he hanged up. When he call he told me I should have knew that finance you apply for it before auction and I explained that I didn't know that is why I asked from nuco service providers. He argued that I'm wrong I sent them email requesting my 50 000 refund, they replied with the email saying I forfeited my deposit how I dnt know please help.
