I am not sure if this company is still in operation, yet I still receive emails every now and again. My experience with them is not good, I have completed applications since 2018, I went for medicals, I paid my visa money and thereafter no response from them, not even an email saying it was unsuccessful. This happened twice. I app**** again this year, first they said no work available and now middle of the year I receive an email asking if I'm interested. I'm not sure if this establishment are ****ming people or what's happening. But I'm truly disappointed with them. I was told by close friends who successfully went abroad via Nuhorizons that it was a legitimate and trust worthy way of working in the US. Clearly Nuhorizons does not uphold the values or commitments they claim to stand on. The service is poor and the communication is non existent, and overall I am just highly disappointed. They ensure that you can trust them and if your application is not successful you will be sent an email. For them R6k might not be a lot but for some people it is. Not too mention fuel for the trips to meet them for interviews, visas, all the effort to accommodate their time slots. I was hoping they would be my one opportunity for work abroad, and after the first 2 incidents I still went back. I'm truly fed up now and I do not recommend anyone applying.

Unprofessional Conduct
They don't know their ****s from the heads. Well that's the perception they give! This company is a disorganised pool of incompetence one incident after the next. You'd swear this was their first rodeo, first show?!. NO professional etiquette and communication is most definitely not their strong point!! It's not right how they treat their employees, or how they think time is of no essence. They need to seriously up their level of professionalism as well as their business acumen and conduct. It's a crying shame how they conduct this business! .

It's not right how they treat their employees, or how they think time is of no essence. They need to seriously up their level of professionalism as well as their business acumen and conduct. Nuhorizon agency
February 2023.......I was extremely pleased with Nuhorizon agency, as I was referred to by a friend that had spoken highly about the agency. A year ago I registered with the agency, went through a zoom orientation, then a face to face interview. I was employed fulltime at the time. I chose to resign immediately, so that I could get everything done (passport, vaccinations, paperwork etc) as the agency told me I only had about 3 weeks, as they still needed to apply for my working visa. All excited and just awaiting the call, I received the call 3 weeks later, saying that the middle East events were put on hold and if I would like to go to a different country, my response was that I would hold for the middle East, a while down the line I contacted the agency for any feedback as to when the events are due to start again, I was told that it was still on hold. I eventually gave up hope, started searching for employment again and hadn't had any luck for an entire year, it was tough, being a single mom of 2 boys.... 1 Friday afternoon a year later (Middle of January 2024), I received a call from the agency, I was asked "when are you able to pack your bags and leave the country" I was so excited to hear those words, my response was "I can leave as in yesterday, as I'm not currently employed" I was told that I will receive an email with a date for a refresher interview. I received the email with a date In February, along with a lengthy list of documents and paperwork I was to submit before my interview and may I add, I have previously completed and sent off those documents 1st time around, but with much enthusiasm I completed the documents and sent them off just before my interview was to take place. On the morning of my interview, I got a call from the agency, I was told that they took a look at my documents and see that I am not within the age range of applicants that they require, I'm 1 year older and therefore my interview will not take place, my response was that I have read through all the documents and saw that your not to be older than 45 and I'm 41? Her response was that the criteria had changed and it's now 40 years old. I was speechless and just ended the conversation briefly thereafter... Nuhorizon you don't get to play around with people's livelihood, my life was put on hold for an entire year and you just came to disrupt it with that Friday afternoon call, I wish you hadn't contacted me at all.. I am beyond livered and would never in future refer anyone to your agency. A simple sorry will not cut or change my current situation.

NUHORIZON CARNIVAL AMERICA
I Heard of Nuhorizon by word of mouth . Phoned them and was greeted with a very friendly lady at the other end at reception ,enquired if there is any positions available for the coming season she politly put me through to Jonathan at the recruitment department ,asked a few questions at where he more than happily answered all of them . He gave me Nuhorizon's website info and encouraged i filled out the application form as soon as possible. Jonthan asked if i can attend the interview which will be held in the coming few days in fourways after all the necessary documents are in order . Arrived at the interview and introduction on Tuesday ( group of seven people including myself .) Was met by Leo at the interview office who carefully and diligently walked through the whole process with us and gave insights to what you can expect when working at the carnival in America which approximately took an hour al together. Great service and fantastic people. Thank you Nuhorizon .

<p>NuHorizon excepting funds for services to ensure appointment while aware it will not be possible.</p> <p>I followed up with NuHorizon up to director level on 4 occasions money that was accepted for arranging employment with RSC in America that was cancelled 48 hours before my flight.</p> <p>A mail was received to inform me I breached contract as I never declared my epilepsy condition and this the reason I was taken of the program. </p> <p>I provided proof that NuHorizon was informed upfront (before money was paid or medical exams were done) and still went ahead allowing me to pay them for a services. </p> <p>I requested the refund of my money as well as the withdrawal of the statement of me withholding information. </p> <p>After 4 attempt over a week period no response.</p>
