Very bad experience. All started well during registration and writing of both Formative Assessments. Trouble started when I wrote the second Summative Assessment, which I was found NYC and after reviewing my script, I noticed that 3 answers were not marked and and the other tick was not included on the total marks. When I made an appeal with the Assessor, he got irritated and started to be act otherwise instead of taking accountability. The receptionist started to argue with me while I was trying to talk with the Assessor. Unfortunately the Assessor never introduced himself to me, but his actions were totally unprofessional as a registered Assessor with QCTO/SASSETA. The second time I tried to talk with the Assessor, he ended up making threats stating that he have all my information. What kind of Instructor/Assessor who threatens his clients. I am totally not satisfied with Nulaw Firearm training company. What I saw today was total ****** from two whites trying to bully a client instead of taking accountability. I will never recommend anyone to do their training with this company. Very rude Assessor and Receptionist, not willing to take accountability. Worse part, they took my work by force and said its their property, how can that be their property when I paid for it. When I tell the Assessor that I will appeal and send my complaints to QCTO and SASSETA, he said he don't care because they report to SAPFTC not the SETA or QCTO. The funy part is that who accredits the Provider to train the Unit Standards? If anything can happen to me, They're to be blamed as the Assessor made it clear that he has all my information and he will get me. I don't take such threats light.
