I now understand the meaning of "Cheap is Expensive". Our cheap or affordable bank is now a mess. Been seing videos of people complaining about Capitec, not knowing i will be one of them soon. Been using Capitec bank for over 10 years. What is happening now is total dissatisfaction and embarrassment. I withdrew money at a Capitec ATM, outside Shoprite. I was withdrawing R120, the machine counted and there was no money coming out or that came out. The withdrawal was made on the 1st of February 2026. As it was a Sunday, I couldn't log a complaint. On Monday the 2nd, I went to a branch to lay a complaint, I was told that feedback will be given within 7 days. On the 10th of March, the was still no feedback. I went to the branch and they told me that their machine was working properly at that time and there is nothing they can do. Does that mean I should just forget about my R120 which I never received? The bank never sent me any communication regarding their feedback. I had to go myself after a full month to find out what happened. This is so pathetic and unprofessional.
Very bad experience. All started well during registration and writing of both Formative Assessments. Trouble started when I wrote the second Summative Assessment, which I was found NYC and after reviewing my script, I noticed that 3 answers were not marked and and the other tick was not included on the total marks. When I made an appeal with the Assessor, he got irritated and started to be act otherwise instead of taking accountability. The receptionist started to argue with me while I was trying to talk with the Assessor. Unfortunately the Assessor never introduced himself to me, but his actions were totally unprofessional as a registered Assessor with QCTO/SASSETA. The second time I tried to talk with the Assessor, he ended up making threats stating that he have all my information. What kind of Instructor/Assessor who threatens his clients. I am totally not satisfied with Nulaw Firearm training company. What I saw today was total ****** from two whites trying to bully a client instead of taking accountability. I will never recommend anyone to do their training with this company. Very rude Assessor and Receptionist, not willing to take accountability. Worse part, they took my work by force and said its their property, how can that be their property when I paid for it. When I tell the Assessor that I will appeal and send my complaints to QCTO and SASSETA, he said he don't care because they report to SAPFTC not the SETA or QCTO. The funy part is that who accredits the Provider to train the Unit Standards? If anything can happen to me, They're to be blamed as the Assessor made it clear that he has all my information and he will get me. I don't take such threats light.
Nonsense, nonsense, nonsense. I see why people use Waka TV instead of this crab. Been on a call for more than an hour in 2 consecutive days, for just trying to upgrade a package. Multichoice is down and out.
Bad customer service. Bad attitude from the consultant. Case number 524273874, was assisted by an arrogant consultant with bad attitude. SARS should take this woman to social classes which will her her with ethics and Ubuntu.
Telkom should just close. It's customer service is pathetic, I understand that they want to create an opportunity for the youth by employing young people, however, the very same young people don't respect their work and customers. As a customer, you don't know how to do follow up for orders and other things, neither is their staff aware of what they are doing at work 9n a daily basis. Is Telkom still a company? The answer is simply a big NO, it's a Tuck Shop.
Never pay or work with Seeff Malmesbury. 1. Lack of transparency and accountability. 2. OTP contract that contradicts the consumer protection act. 3. Bias OTP contract that protect the Agency and the Seller 4. Undermining and Underestimating Black people. 5. Poor, Bad and Lack of proper communication. Very disrespectful, with a serious attitude of Boere. 6. They will do anything to avoid paying a deposit. I entered into a downpayment agreement with Seeff Malmesbury in July, paid a deposit of R50k as the free standing land was R500k. I decided to pay 10% and setup a payment plan for paying the remaining R450k in 9 months. R150k payment was due on the end of September, I was not in a position to pay the amount as I started to do research about the stand, why it's for sale. The res flags started when I noticed that there is foundation which was erected on the stand, the agent never said anything. I requested the actual plan from the Agent (Inamari Visagie) as per the advise of my planner. More and more questions came in with no answer. That's when I decided not to pay the R150k and cancel the contract with immediate effect. 1. The stand is already having a plan that is registered and approved at the Municipality. Why did the owner erect a foundation and leave the stand, sell it while she had a plan approved? I cancelled the contract as advised because there were red flags from the contract and also the stand on its own. Seeff appointed MHI Attorneys as the Conveyancer, I paid the deposit of R50k to the conveyansor, including the fee that was charged to transfer the property. MHI Attorneys sent an invoice of R21,360.25, which I paid in full. Transfer of property was going to take place only when I finish paying the amount of R500k. The deal fell off within 4 months, I request my deposit back and it's an issue from both the Attorneys and the Agency to refund me. MHI Attorneys sent me 2 invoices, the first one it's for their services and the second one it's for the commission of the Agent (Inamari Visagie) The transfer fees was going to be R14635 exc Vat, this was going to take place only when the last payment of R500k is paid. No transfer of property took place, but the MHI Attorneys try to reape off of R6219.88 exc Vat which amounts to 42,5% of the transfer fees. How do you deduct transfer fees whiles the service of transfer was not yet done? The agents require 5% exc vat of the total of R500k, which amounts to R25,000.00 exc vat and R28,750. If I agree to this nonsense, that means I will lose around R38,000.00 because of the greedy agents being Seeff Malmesbury and their Counterpart being MHI Attorneys. This Agents and the conveyansors are a real ****. Be warned and play far from this two organisations.
Very bad service. Not following the law and undermining black people. Never be trapped by this company with their staff that undermine black people, trying to take advantage of those who lack the understanding of the laws of our country. They take short cuts and avoid the law at all costs. They don't want to take accountability for their mistakes.
Standard Bank Business Account department is nonsense and not professional at all. I had a business account with standard Bank, was always struggling to communicate with the business banker at North West. Always when I sent emails or trying to call, she was not there to help. My issues escalated when I moved to another province and I decided that close the account. 5 months later, I try to re-open the account, I'm being told to wait for a call from a business banker who will assist to re-open the account. Been waiting for days without any help. Tried to call several people listed from the emails I received, no one responds. When I go to the Canal Walk branch at CPT, they tell me that their business account consultants are not based at the office. This is the worst service someone can get from a bank. How does one have to fight to become a client? Why should a client be the one who make follow ups regarding opening an account. Standard Bank Business consultants should try to learn service delivery from other banks like Capitec. This is trash.
I registered with Mancosa in 2021 for BBA, I completed my 1st year and was owing Mancosa some fees. In 2022 I couldn't return to do my 2nd year. In 2023, I made sure that I pay my debt and continue with my 2nd year. However I was faced with another financial crisis in 2023 and couldn't write all my exams and owed some fees again. In 2024, I decided to take some time off from studying while I'm still sorting out my financial issues. I contacted Mancosa through all channels requesting for my 1st year results as I would like to use them to put in my CV and to find employment. It's been a battle since from January 2024 until now July 2024, I haven't received my results. The treatment and lies I receive are so annoying. I totally find it difficult to understand how they don't want to give me my results for 1st year even though I don't owe them for that particular year. Mancosa is a very good institution, I'm not in any way talking bad about their work, I'm just being annoyed for not being given my results.
Standard Bank S.A have turned to be such a nightmare. As a business account holder, spent couple of months sending emails to my business banker without receiving any response. Only found out that the business banker is no longer working for Standard Bank when I went to the branch. I have tried several times to close the account, with no luck. Went to the branch to close the account, couldn't find help. Sent several emails to the business enterprise department, still no response. This is one of the reasons why I am leaving Standard Bank. Their lack of service delivery, while charges are going up. When you call other times, you speak with someone who works from home and keep on hearing their dogs barking. No, no, no, Standard Bank should try to do something. When you go to the branch, you find 1 or 2 consultants assisting more than 20 people. You find 1 or 2 tellers assisting people at the branch. There is no way you can spend less than 2 hours quing at a Standard Bank branch.
